You should never be ashamed of the paths you've walked... only proud that you can look back and realize that you've learned from everything you've ever chosen to do, whether good or bad.
It's a sad sight really... would you want to see someone so helpless that they have to wait on people's approvals and disapprovals?
Each person has a mind, and they should always intend to use it, not expect people to operate it for them
